Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but no website, app, or digital system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Payments and suspension
Where fees apply, payment terms are defined in the relevant invoice, proposal, contract, or subscription arrangement. Late or failed payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension, or termination of services.
You are responsible for reviewing invoices, subscription details, hosting renewals, app-store charges, and third-party service costs connected to your project or account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VigourTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website, apps, platforms, or services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
